SGA|NW was tasked with land planning and the community design guidelines for Pepper Plantation, a 20 acre equestrian community with 65 home sites. SGA|NW was also responsible for the design of the community’s Pavilion clubhouse, an award-winning venue with features including deep low country style porches, exposed wooden beams, fireplaces, fire pits and a waterfront gazebo.
