Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lakelands Region, in association with NFL player Josh Normans’ Starz24 Foundation, partnered to provide a new teen center in Josh’s hometown of Greenwood, SC. The new teen center utilizes an existing 11,000 SF building wing of the former Brewer High School to provide programmed space to support the Boys & Girls Club initiative. SGA|NW’s design team provided full design services for a complete renovation to accommodate the center’s needs, as well as providing a safe support space for local teens. Along with the new entry lobby, features include a multi-purpose space, arts, education, and gaming rooms, a recording studio, and open area teen lounge that provides additional spaces for flex use.
