We are excited to announce that NarmourWright has moved to its new office location at 1815 S.Tryon St. Suite A.
Although the Design Center of the Carolinas has been our home for almost 20 years, we simply outgrew the space. That building will always have special place in our hearts as one of our premier adaptive reuse projects. The Design Center has always been a large part of our firm’s identity so we’ve opted to stay in the Southend neighborhood that we have so carefully crafted over time, in partnership with the local developers who love it as much as we do.
As timing would have it, during our search a space became available in another one of our completed works. We found the perfect upgrade in one of our office buildings that we designed for MECA back in 2005. After months of planning, the move is complete and we are finally getting settled into the new office. We now have a larger, more open environment that affords us room and flexibility to continue to grow our staff. It’s certainly an added bonus that this new office showcases our abilities as an architecture firm just as much as our previous one.
This is not your typical office building. The building has a unique and colorful character with 25-foot tall, sloping ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Our office contains a glass & storefront enclosed large conference room in our upstairs loft as well as a smaller conference room and more breakout space for brainstorming sessions.
This new space has breathed a new life into the firm & reinvigorated our employees because it is a reflection of the changes we’ve been implementing internally for some time, our leadership team’s dedication to continued growth and is a result of all of our efforts. It is also an indicator of our momentum on the new trajectory we are on as a company.
We are eager to enter this new chapter and are excited to celebrate it with everyone. Stay tuned for more information about our Grand Opening celebration which is soon to come.
