NarmourWright was proud to be a part of a very special event recently, the SmartCEO Corporate Culture Awards. The Corporate Culture Awards program honors companies that foster a creative, collaborative workplace culture to enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.
NarmourWright strives to contribute to our local Southend neighborhood as well as the surrounding Charlotte communities through our considerate and responsive design. We also have done our best to build a culture that ensures our employees have a creative and collaborative work place that makes coming to work fun. Half day Fridays, dog days, company outings and flexible work hours (which allow employees to balance their work and home life) all contribute to a special place in which to work.
NarmourWright’s Managing Principal, Tom Wright, was presented with the SmartCEO Corporate Culture Award Tuesday evening at Center Stage @ NoDa. The venue is a full service event planning venue with the capacity to host 1000 guests. The space was transformed into various areas including a main stage, red carpet, food & beverage stations, game areas, a photo booth and more.

The whole team at NarmourWright agrees that Tom Wright is a great CEO, not only for creating an engaging and enjoyable work environment but for his leadership which inspires our team daily. It was nice to have him recognized for his efforts and celebrate as a team. More importantly we wanted to be able to share this achievement and perpetuate this culture as the firm continues to grow.
